Who am I?

I’m Allison Licciardi, a social media manager passionate about branding, storytelling, and creating content that actually connects.

Currently, I serve as a Social Media Manager for a nonprofit organization, where I lead digital strategy, create engaging multi-platform content, and use social to build community and drive engagement.

My background spans social media, PR, marketing, and content creation, with experience building brand identities, executing strategy, and producing content that resonates. I’ve created video content for national brands like Handshake, led digital rebrands, managed marketing campaigns, and grown audiences through analytics-informed storytelling.

I also host and produce my own podcast, I Hope This Finds You Well, taking episodes from concept to publication: an extension of my love for thoughtful content and meaningful conversation.

I bring creativity and strategy to every project, but I also bring curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine love for what I do. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading, staying active, spending time with family and friends, or hanging out with my dog, Wayne.

Some might call me a personality hire. I’d say I’m a hard worker; the personality is just a bonus.
